A crowd of circus goers watch as Memo Olivarez jumps rope while flying through the air on a giant, rotating wheel of steel also know as the “Wheel of Death” during the grand finale of a Circo-Osario performance Tuesday night in Suisun City. The circus, which features, jugglers, clowns, acrobats and more, will be at the intersection of CA 12 and Sunset Ave until Thursday night.
