“Stop!” yells a bystander, as Mary Schoop, 31, nearly runs over Oscar Hadley, 89, in the parking lot of a Super 1 Grocery Store in Kalispell, Mont. Hadley received minor injuries in the accident, and Schoop was issued a ticket.
